Goals

The goals of the Ferguson-Florissant School District are clear statements of the focused effort of the Board of Education and staff to improve student achievement.


The goals are:

 1.  Ensure that our students read at or above grade level.
2.  Ensure fiscal stability while improving student achievement.
3.  Implement programs for continuous improvement of student achievement based on current assessment data.
4.  Ensure all interactions among community, staff and students are efficient, courteous and respectful.
5.  Improve equity through diversity awareness and appreciation in school and community.
 6.  Improve support for student achievement through the development of family, school and community partnerships.

Improve personnel evaluation and recruitment/selection.

In addition to the above goals, the Board of Education is committed to continuing its focus on directing staff efforts that assure effective management of funds, clean and safe facilities and accountability of staff.
