Conflict Mediation

Fifteen seventh-grade students participated in training for the SAFE (Students Against Fighting Enemies) conflict mediation program. The students were trained in the use of various skills used in conflict resolution. The SAFE program is a peer program that has been successful in reducing the number of student conflicts at Cross Keys Middle School.
