Staff development, or teacher training, is an extremely important component in developing effective schools and successful students. The Ferguson-Florissant School District operates an extensive staff development program that is driven by the needs of our staff and their students.

Our staff development program helps our faculty to stay on top of current research in the field of education and develop the skills to meet the changing needs of students. Each year, individual school committees identify goals and objectives and develop a plan of improvement to reach those goals. The Department of Curriculum and Instruction provides appropriate training activities to help the school meet its goal.
