Obtaining High School Transcripts


The Ferguson-Florissant Student Admissions Office processes all registrations
for students who are new to District schools.
The Office is located in the Administration Center, 1005 Waterford Drive, Florissant.

June 9 - August 21

The Ferguson-Florissant School District Centralized Student Admissions Center accepts registration of all students who are new to District schools. The Student Admissions Center is located at the Administration Center, 1005 Waterford Drive, Florissant, in Building B.

To register a child for school, a parent or legal guardian must have the following information:

  • Updated occupancy permit (dated within the past 90 days) PLUS:
  • Lease (current) or
    Mortgage payment book or mortgage bill
  • Affidavit of Residency-if living in someone else's home
    Plus: Updated occupancy permit (dated within the past 90 days) from the homeowner
    Plus: Lease or mortgage payment book or mortgage bill of homeowner
    Current mail (no ads)-in the name of the person registering student
  • Student's original birth certificate (with raised seal, state issued)
  • Student's original social security card
  • Immunization record (complete from infancy, required by State)
  • Last report card for (elementary)
    Unofficial transcript (high school)
  • Withdrawal form from previous school (if registering during the school year)
  • Discipline report (in sealed envelope, will expedite enrollment)
  • IEP and Evaluation (if serviced by Special School District)
  • Proof of Guardianship (Court Appointed Documents, Divorce Decree, DFS Placement Papers, Foster Care)
  • Photo ID-Drivers License of person enrolling student

The Admissions office can enroll only those students who provide all of the necessary documents.

Parents of returning students must complete and return a Student Registration Form for each child.

Students under the age of 16 may obtain a Work Permit in the Community Relations Office at the Administration Center, 1005 Waterford Drive in Florissant. To obtain a Work Permit, students must be 14 years of age and enrolled in District schools. The student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring the following information:

  • The Work Permit form with all sections completed
  • The student's official Birth Certificate
  • The student's most recent report card

Students in the Ferguson-Florissant School District are required to show proof of immunizations or have proper exemptions due to physician or religious reasons on file in each child's school.

Immunization requirements are as follows:

  • Students in kindergarten and first grade must have received four doses of diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine, with the last dose on or after their fourth birthday.
  • Students in kindergarten through tenth grade are required to have two doses of Measles, MMR or MR vaccine.
  • Students in kindergarten through third grades, and seventh and eighth grades must have completed the Hepatitis B series. Seventh and eighth-grade students have the option of a recently approved two-dose Hepatitis B series.

  • Student's name
  • Daytime phone number
  • Date of Birth
  • Name of High School and year of graduation
  • Check, cash, or money order for $2.00
  • Where to send the transcript(s)
