Reasons to have a booth at the Summer Camp Fair
Do you offer summer programs for youth in grades Pre-K through high school? Are you looking to reach a large audience with your program information? Then join us at The Summer Camp Fair.
Why should I attend?
This Fair is where parents across the St. Louis area go to answer the question "what will my child do this summer?" It is the perfect place to promote your summer camps and programs. Your presence will enable you to market your program directly to a targeted audience of parents and children who are looking for a summer program.
Families from across the St. Louis region attend the Fair who are looking for interesting, unique and enriching opportunities for pre-schoolers to high school students.
How is the Fair promoted?
The Fair will be publicized throughout St. Louis via Facebook boosts, print media, television exposure (when possible) and through our partner, the Clark-Fox Family Foundation. The Fair is also publicized directly to students and parents in the Ferguson Florissant and surrounding school districts.
What is provided?
Each exhibitors receives one table (72"x30") , two chairs and inclusion in the Summer Opportunities Fair program and website. All exhibitors must have a table skirt. If you do not have one, there is an additional $20 fee and one will be provided for you.
What is the deadline to get a booth?
The exhibitor registration deadline is February 7, 2020. Registrations will be accepted and exhibitor tables assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will have a limited number of tables with electric. Register early.
What is the cancellation process?
Fees are refundable only for cancellations made by December 15. There will be partial refunds (50%) for cancellations made after that date, only if the space is re-booked.
