Finance and Operations Department

The Finance and Operations Department provides essential business and operational services that support the Ferguson-Florissant School District’s mission and daily operations. The department ensures the District runs efficiently and responsibly through timely and accurate payroll, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, employee benefits, and financial reporting.

In addition to financial services, Finance and Operations oversees several key operational areas, including Operations and Facilities, Technology, Food Service, and Transportation. Together, these departments work to maintain safe, well-equipped schools and reliable services that support students, staff, and families across the District.
