TalentEd Recruit and Hire (Staff Instructions)

TalentEd Recruit and Hire is the Ferguson-Florissant School District's online applicant tracking system. This system is seamlessly integrated with the TeacherMatch teacher evaluation system that is used to evaluate and provide insight into the strengths of teacher applicants. Together these systems allow us to:

- Request the postings of current or new job postings
- Apply for job postings
- Review applications and resumes
- Review applicant evaluation scores
- Schedule interviews
- Check references
- Recommend an applicant for hire
- Onboard new hires through TalentEd Records
- Single sign into Talented Records

TalentEd Records

Ferguson-Florissant School District Employees can access and complete Human Resources related online forms. Employee new hires will be on boarded using documents in this system as well. All documents completed in this system follow a predetermined routing path and are automatically filed in a specified folder for retrieval.

Submitted forms go into a folder inside the files section.

With AESOP Teachers Can: Report an absence online or by phone Maintain a preferred Guest Teacher list Review Guest Teacher notes Leave feedback on a Guest Teacher's performance View absence history View Absence Balances	With AESOP Guest Teachers Can: Search for jobs online or by phone Mark days available to work View current work schedule View work history Leave feedback for an assignment Be notified of Jobs by phone, text, email, or online.

Safe Schools

Safe Schools provides tracking, verification, and testing of employee training videos. These videos are required to be watched by all staff at the point of hire and once each year annually. Access this system using your employee ID number as your username.
