McCluer North High School expects students to be on time for school and to participate in classes each day. In order to benefit from the instructional program, students should display habits of punctuality, self-discipline and responsibility.
All tardies will be counted unless the student has an excused note from the office or a note from a teacher/staff member giving permission to be late to class. Once a student receives a TOTAL of 6 unexcused tardies per semester/per class, after school detention will be assigned by the Grade-Level Administrator. Tardies are accumulated and recorded per class. After School Detention (ASD) will be scheduled for afternoons from 2:30pm - 3:20pm.
