Learning Through Internships ( known as LTI)  is a program at Innovation that follows the Big Picture Learning model. This program allows students to find the career that they would like to pursue in the future by making calls around the community to areas that may need assistance in the career field they might enjoy. After they obtain an internship,  they go to sites in the community with mentors and explore those career fields by doing tasks, studying/looking at research, and gaining knowledge, industry skills, and hands-on real-world experiences.
