Mrs. Staci Wadlington

Mrs. Staci Wadlington is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St Louis with an education specialist degree and a Master of Education in School Administration. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in elementary and middle school education from Harris-Stowe State University.

Mrs. Wadlington began her teaching career in 1991 and has taught seventh grade math and science in the University City School District; third grade in the Normandy School District; and fifth grade in the Riverview Gardens School District. Her administrative experience began in 2003 as principal of Granneman Elementary School in the Hazelwood School District. In 2007, Mrs. Wadlington was named the District Hearing Officer and assistant principal in the Riverview Gardens School District. She then became principal of Glasgow Elementary in 2009 and was named Director of Alternative Education in 2010. In 2013, Mrs. Wadlington moved to the Ritenour School District where she served as an assistant principal at Hoech Middle School.

Mrs. Wadlington leads based on her extensive experience as a teacher and administrator and communicates high expectations for student behavior and learning.

Dr. Craig Maxwell

Dr. Maxwell earned a bachelor's degree in speech communication, a master's degree in secondary education from Truman State University and a doctorate in educational leadership from Saint Louis University. He has 20 years of educational experience and began his teaching career as a high school English teacher in 1998. He took on his first administrative position as assistant principal at Parkway Northeast Middle in 2003. He has served as principal in both the Rockwood School District and Parkway School District, most recently as principal at Southwest Middle School.

Dr. Maxwell has a strong focus on collaborative leadership and developing a positive school culture in order to develop tomorrow's leaders with our youth.
