  • Important Reminder About Attendance

Every minute counts. Students who miss a significant number of instructional days often experience learning difficulties and need to work harder to keep up with their class work. Many times students begin to think school and education are not important. Ultimately, students are developing lifelong attendance habits.

In order to be successful, your child should arrive at 9:05am each morning so that they may eat breakfast prior to school starting at 9:20am. Our school day ends at 4:10pm.  Attendance is recorded for any student who arrives late or leaves school prior to 4:10 pm.  Please avoid scheduling appointments during the school day, if possible.  If your child must see the doctor, please schedule the appointment for early morning or late afternoon so that your child can attend school before or after the appointment.  Again, EVERY MINUTE COUNTS.

If there is anything that we can do to assist in improving your child’s attendance, please do not hesitate to contact us at (314)524-4821.
