For this reason, we use Verifent to confirm verification of employment and/or verification of income (VOE/VOI) requests are legitimate, and a permissible purpose exists as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for a Ferguson-Florissant School District employee must submit VOE/VOI requests through Verifent.

To Submit a Request:

1. Log in at https://www.verifent.com/log-in. Please note that new Verifent users will need to register and create an account before proceeding.
2. When prompted, enter the organization code for Ferguson-Florissant School District:  1C6F24. 
3. Please be prepared to provide the Ferguson-Florissant School District employee's date of birth and last four digits of the social security number.  Additionally, uploading proof of consent, signed by the employee, is required to complete a request.

• Please send an e-mail to foodservice@fergflor.org at least five (5) school days prior to your event date.

  Required information:

  • School Name
  • Date of Field Trip
  • Pick-Up Time
  • Serving Time
  • Number of Students

  Teachers must provide a Student List when Field Trip Meals are picked up.

  Based on the timing of a Field Trip, we may suggest having hot meals picked up from our Cafeteria and eaten in the classroom. This recommendation may be offered if it will result in a better overall meal service experience for our Students.

Our Student Nutrition Staff can assist with providing desired Field Day meals while also ensuring that Reimbursable Meal requirements are met.
