    Sharing of Relevant Health Information Related to the Covid-19 Virus

    In order to ensure that information regarding a staff member's health status is accurate, particularly in light of the current Covid-19 concerns, staff members should only share relevant health information with Tamara Campbell (tcampbell@fergflor.org). If a staff member is feeling ill then they should not come to work and instead go to a health care provider and seek appropriate medical attention. Staff members should inform their immediate supervisor if they will need to be absent from work or otherwise unavailable for district related business. If there is a need for an extended leave - such as in the case of a quarantine - then that information should be shared specifically with Tamara Campbell. Relevant information will then be shared with necessary parties and any appropriate actions and notifications will come from the Office of Human Resource Services.
